Brantford Re-Signs Jon Dziomba

BRANTFORD, ON - The Brantford Red Sox, members of the Intercounty Baseball League, are proud to announce that Jon Dziomba has been re-signed for the 2023 season.

A native of Buffalo, New York, Jon returns for his 3rd season in Brantford. He led the Red Sox with a .347 batting average in 2022, racking up 25 hits in 17 games played including 2 home runs. 

Jon also brings a wealth of baseball experience and a valuable veteran presence to the Brantford dugout, having played 9 seasons of independent pro ball across North America with stops in the Atlantic League, American Association, Can-Am League and North American/United Leagues. He won the 2013 United League Batting Title and was named to Baseball Americas Top 25 Independent Prospect List.
