Gianfranco Morello Named Player Of The Week

The Intercounty Baseball League (IBL) announced its Players of the Week for the week of July 29-Aug. 4.

Brantford Red Sox infielder Gianfranco Morello was named Hitter of the Week. In three games, Morello hit .615 (8-for-13) with six runs, three RBI and two stolen bases. Overall, Morello is slashing .243/.341/.419/.760 in 74 at bats.
