After a promising clean first inning pitched by starter Matt McGovern, Brantford committed 3 errors in the 2nd inning leading to Hamilton scoring 6 runs (5 unearned).  The Sox were unable to recover, eventually scoring 2 runs on 8 hits and losing by a final score of 9-2.

Anthony Rizquez led Brantford with a pair of hits. In addition to McGovern, Mike Mueller and Michael Bucci also made pitching appearances.
