Brantford Red Sox Sign Edwin Adon

BRANTFORD, ON - The Brantford Red Sox, members of the Intercounty Baseball League, are proud to announce the signing of Edwin Adon for the 2022 season.
Edwin is a 25 year old right handed pitcher from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He previously played in the IBL in 2018 and 2019 with the Guelph Royals. Edwin posted a 4.67 overall ERA during his 2 seasons in Guelph, logging 152.1 innings pitched over 33 appearances, striking out 195 batters.

Edwin has also played for the Dominican Republic national team in previous World Cup qualifiers. And he was a member of the Dominican Republic's 2019 Caribbean Cup championship team.
