Sox Shake Up Roster

BRANTFORD  - Brantford Red Sox owner and GM Rick Pomerleau announced the following roster changes:

Recently Signed:

Troy Banks - Infielder from Orchard Park, NY.  Batted .280 with 11 Home runs and 45 RBI last season for the Mercyhurst University Lakers.

Nolan Gallagher - Infielder from Hamilton, Ontario. Batting .400 with a .538 OBP in 4 games since joining the Red Sox. Posted a .222/.263/.319 slash line as a Junior with the Medaille College Mavericks last season.

Garret Larner - Pitcher/Infielder from DeWitt, MI. Teammate of Jesse Fishbaum, Colton Fountain and Spencer Jamieson at Cleary University. Posted a 4.18 ERA with 60 K over 66.2 innings last season for the Cougars.

The Brantford Red Sox have two homes games this weekend:

• Friday vs. Barrie Baycats 8 pm at Arnold Anderson Stadium - Forbes Renovations Night. Forbes Renovations will have a special treat for the first 200 Dads at the gate in honour of Father’s Day weekend! They will also be doing a grand prize giveaway including a drill/impact combo kit.
• Saturday vs. Welland Jackfish 8 pm at Arnold Anderson Stadium
